Two Rock Falls Rotary members have reached Paul Harris Fellow Awards for their contributions to the Rotary Foundation. Presenting the certificates and pins is the Rock Falls Rotary President Gail Wright (center) to Julie Logan (left) her PHF Award #2 and to Mark Young (right) the PHF Award. Each Award represents a contribution of $1000 to the Rotary Foundation which uses the contributions to complete global humanitarian projects, such as polio eradication and disaster relief.
