Bob Sondgeroth (right), Rock Falls Rotary Youth Chair, presents to Matthew Marcum (left), senior at Rock Falls High School and son of Tom and Kelly Marcum, the Rock Falls Rotary lapel pin for his selection by RFHS staff as Rotary September Student of the Month. Matthew was selected because of meeting the criteria of the Rotary Four Way  Test of the things we say, think and do:

1. Is it the truth?

2. Is it fair to all concerned?

3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?

4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
