Mike Albert, President of Rock Falls Rotary, presents to Pam Erby her second Paul Harris Foundation pin with two sapphires, representing the two contributions of $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation. Foundation donations support the many worldwide projects of service in our world, with special attention being given to the eradication of polio.
