Bailey Wetzell, daughter of Chad and Jodie Wetzell, receives a scholarship from Chairman of Rock Falls Rotary Scholarship Committee, Keith Zoeller. Bailey is attending Sauk Valley Community College in preparation to become an elementary teacher.
