Jacob Oltmans is welcomed as the October Rotary Student of the month to Rock Falls Rotary by Pam Erby of the Youth Committee and was presented with a Rock Falls Rotary pin. Jacob, son of Traci Oltmans, was selected by RFHS staff based on the Four Way Test of Rotarians of what they say, think, and do:  

 

     1. Is it the truth?

     2. Is it fair to all concerned?

     3. Will it build good will and better friendship?

     4. Is it beneficial to all concerned?
