Rock Falls Rotary Inducts 2016-2017 President

Congratulations are exchanged at Rotary Park in Rock Falls when 2015-2016 President Julie Logan inducted David Chavira as the President of Rock Falls Rotary for 2016-2017 by giving to him the President's Lapel Pin. Dave in turn thanked Julie for her presidency year by presenting to her a plaque of appreciation. Rotary Year is from July 1 through June 30.
