Rock Falls Rotary Completes Community Service Project

Members of the Rock Falls Rotary completed a community service project at their last meeting for the residents of Sauk Valley Senior Living and Rehabilitation on Dixon Avenue. Valentines were created for each resident to be presented on Valentine's Day by members of the staff.
