Rock Falls High School Rotary Students selected each month by RFHS staff was based on the Rotary 4 Way Test of things Rotarians say, think and do: 1. Is it the truth? 2. Is it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build goodwill and better friendship? 4. Is it beneficial to all concerned? Students and their parents were honored with dinner and a gift recently by Rock Falls Rotary.
