Rock Falls Youth Committee Chair Bob Sondgeroth welcomed October Student of the Month from Rock Falls High School Maddie Sands, daughter of Jason and Nicole Sands. Maddie was selected by Rock Falls High School staff for living according to the Four Way Test of what Rotarians think, say, and do:

2. Is it fair to all concerned?
3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
