Dave Chavira (right), President of Rock Falls Rotary, presents the Paul Harris Fellow Award to Pat Novak for her contribution to the Rotary Foundation of $1,000. Each Award includes a certificate and a pin. Monies received are used in the six areas of projects worldwide or in support of local district and club projects through grants.
