Caitlin Shaw, daughter of Wessley and Amber Shaw, received a 2018 scholarship from Rock Falls Rotary Scholarship Chair Keith Zoeller (left) and Bob Sondgeroth (right), Youth Chair. Her plans are to attend Sauk Valley Community College and then transfer to Northern IL University to pursue an elementary education teaching degree.
