Bailey Bickett (left) received a Rock Falls Rotary Scholarship for the 2017-2018 school year from the Rock Falls Rotary Scholarship Chair Keith Zoeller (right). Bailey, a 2017 graduate of Rock Falls High School, is the daughter of Brad and Jolene Bickett and attends the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
