Piecemakers Quilting Club Share their craft with Rock Falls Rotary

Two members of the Rock Falls Rotary, Past President Pam Erby, (far left) and Jim Geer, (far right) were informed by two members of the Piecemakers Quilt Club, Jan Kinney (middle left) and Linda Geer, (middle right) of the community support provided by the club in the past three years. Close to $20,000 has been donated to local charities that provide for those in need. In addition, the club has made quilts for the Whiteside County Health Department. This king size quilt is one of many which the club creates to earn monies for this community service from an annual auction held in October at Bethel Reformed Church. The group meets monthly at Wesley Methodist Church.
